2. Bookings and Appointments
- Appointments can be requested through our online form or via phone.
- A "Free Inspection" is subject to availability and location coverage within our service areas.
- We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather or technical issues.
3. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate information regarding the type of pest and the property size during the booking process.
- It is the customer's responsibility to ensure our team has safe access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Any specific safety instructions provided by our technicians (e.g., staying away from treated areas) must be strictly followed.
4. Payments and Cancellations
- Payment terms will be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the treatment.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a nominal cancellation fee.
5. Limitation of Liability
Santera uses approved and eco-friendly chemicals; however, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages to the property or issues arising from the customer's failure to follow post-treatment safety protocols.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations set by the Dubai Municipality.
