• Look for dark spots, shed skins and live bugs

Use a torch and a card to run along each crack. If you find signs in only one room, avoid moving furniture between rooms, as this can carry them to new places.

What Not to Do

• Do not spray the whole bedroom with household products, which can scatter them
• Do not move the bed or mattress to another room
• Do not bring second-hand furniture in until it has been checked
